Duration of usage is restricted to the periodicity of the usage by the user of the said software and the receipt of the charges as license fee towards the same.

 

TERMINATION OF LICENSE:-

The manufacturer may, in its sole and absolute discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this license and the rights afforded to you hereunder with or without prior notice. Furthermore, if you fail to comply with any terms and conditions of this agreement then this license and any rights afforded to you hereunder shall terminate automatically, without any notice. Upon the termination of this license, you shall cease all use of the said software and you are not eligible and liable for any claims whatsoever and to get refund of any amount against the license fee.

                

OWNERSHIP:-

            This software is owned copyright by the manufacturer; your license confers no title or ownership in the software and is not a sale of any right in the software.

 

LIABILITY:-

            This software is prepared with due care and utmost diligence and states that neither the manufacturer nor the developer or the seller does not hold any responsibility for any damage or loss to any one, of any kind, in any manner against the mistakes that may have inadvertently crept in the contents of the said software or delay in   updating the content of the said software.

 

JURISIDICTION:-

This EULA is governed by the laws of India.

All Disputes are subject to Chennai Jurisdiction only.
